I am very happy for your acceptance. Your proposal about your teaching activity during your visiting professoship appears to me quite good (as I can see the other visitors do not make more). Of course, I shall let you know immediately when the call will be published and I am prepared to ask the offices about every question about the application you should ask. The window for applying (during next September) is about two weeks.
Your decision to bring your car is an excellent idea. There is plenty of time for finding an accomodation that satisfies your wishes. I need to know whether you prefer an apartment in XXXX, perhaps near the Humanities campus, or, considering that you have a car, a more pleasant accomodation in another town on the sea far few miles form XXXX. Several collegues prefer to live in YYYY (20 miles, 40000 inhabitants) or ZZZZZ (20 miles, 6000 inhabitants). The prices off season should be affordable. In any case I shall inquiry for prices.
